More features available when exporting data to spreadsheet

When submitting your data to your accountant from the Reports and Enquiries menu or from the Quick Input Screen, notes that you have added in the Quick Input Screen will be shown in the spreadsheet and the spreadsheet will include a Profit & Loss Account based on the data entered.

These features will help your accountant to prepare your accounts more quickly and allow him to devote more time to deal with more complex matters like income tax savings.


Option to enter journey price after adding the journey

This is to help in situations where you want to log a future journey and then enter the price later on. Previously you had to enter the price at the time of entering the journey. Now it is optional.

You can print a list of journeys for a given day in the View Journeys screen - Choose the date and then click the Print All button. This gives a diary and reminder system within Phatsoft.


More choices for printed reports

In Client Reports, you can now choose ALL CLIENTS instead of just one at a time. In View Journeys screen, you can now print report of ALL JOURNEYS for the specified date period.

In version 1.6, we are planning to introduce a few more useful features plus multiple languages.
