Quick Input Screen

If you don't need to keep details of each and every journey, you can now use the Quick Input screen. It works just like manual forms that you may use already. Spreadsheet users will also be familiar with the layout. Data entry is now much faster than before, for drivers who don't need to send out invoices to clients. Just enter the takings for the day and any expenses paid out. There is one screen for each week, giving you a good over-view of your weekly income and expenses


Daily Tips

On starting Phatsoft, a tip of the day is shown on screen. This will give useful information about using Phatsoft and doing your accounts in general. If you have a good Tip that you think is worth publishing, send it in to us at admin@phatsoft.co.uk.


Memorise Journeys

For drivers who do journeys on a recurring basis (e.g. daily school runs) you can now memorise a journey with all of its details and then simply recall that journey when you use it next time. This can save a lot of time on updating Phatsoft. More improvements are being worked on now and these will be provided as part of the free updates when they are complete.
