PHATsoft is a simple Microsoft Windows program where drivers can enter their sales and expenses in a non-complicated way. They can record bills before they are paid and send out invoices to be paid later. There's also a Quick Input screen for more simple cash-based transactions that need to be recorded day-by-day with no additional detail.In other words it's a tool that tracks all tasks and manages all organizational jobs required in your business.

How it works wll for accountants is the Sumbit To Accontant functionality. This allows the driver to send his input in a spreadsheet format to the accountant of his choice. The spreadsheet is fomatted in a user-friendly way, displaying total income and expenses for each category week by week.
